The Yoga class is held every Monday in the Village Hall from 3–4.15pm. It is open to all levels as the yoga taught here can be adapted to suit most individual needs and abilities.
Since starting the class in 2015, we now have a group of 14 ‘regulars’ who have made steady progress. It is enjoyable, informative and fun.
A yoga programme comprises a variety of gentle stretching exercises, called ‘asanas’, co-ordinated with controlled breathing. Yoga helps increase flexibility and strength, calms the mind, improves concentration and is good for the circulation.
